We are a small, friendly, family run B&B in a 16th Century farmhouse, with a wealth of oak beams and large inglenook fireplaces in the kitchen and dining room, in which we have log fires in the winter.

Continental and Full English breakfast are served from 7.30 a.m to 9.15 a.m – breakfast trays in rooms available at other times.

Set in rural grounds, Oldlands Farmhouse is the closest B&B to the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport (within 5 minutes drive, although not in the flight path).

We are also the closest Bed and Breakfast to the Manor Royal Industrial Estate and the CAA Training Centre.

Oldlands Farmhouse is within walking distance of a number of public houses and restaurants, including the Shipley Bridge at Birstow and Heathy Farm on the Balcombe Road, ideal if you wish to sit by a log fire in winter, enjoy a meal or even just relax in the evening with a drink.

Our rooms are comfortable, with beverage trays and colour TV's.

Overnight parking is free during your stay with us. We area also able to offer guests limited parking spaces for a small charge, so you can leave your car with us while you travel.

Excellent public houses and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance.
